These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made through reddotcosmetics.co.za and constitute a binding agreement between you and Red Dot Cosmetics (Pty) Ltd. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
By accessing or using this website and by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 (ECTA), and the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
All products sold on reddotcosmetics.co.za are genuine cosmetics and beauty products. Product images are illustrative and actual colours may vary slightly. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Red Dot Cosmetics products are intended for personal use only.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT at the current standard rate (15%), unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price applicable to that order.
To place an order: add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, provide your delivery details, select a payment method, and complete payment. A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment has been successfully processed. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order.
We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) processed via PayFast or Yoco, Instant EFT, and SnapScan via PayFast. All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment partners. Your card details are never stored on our servers. Orders are only dispatched after full payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on a business day before our daily cut-off time are dispatched the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends are dispatched on the next business day.
Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 apply to all purchases.

All content on reddotcosmetics.co.za — including the Red Dot Cosmetics name, logo, product photographs, written descriptions, and website code — is the property of Red Dot Cosmetics (Pty) Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable South African law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally.
