O'Care Perm System Kit

A 3-step perm system for bouncy, defined curls. It is designed to create, define and care for curls with precision. Made for stylists and clients alike, it gives consistent results every time.

STEP 1 - Ammonia-Free Perming Gel:

Apply the gel to your hair to prepare it for the perming process. This step is especially important for coarse or resistant hair types.

STEP 2 - Low-Alkaline Perming Lotion:

Here the natural structure of the hair is altered, allowing it to conform to the new shape of the rods or perm curlers of which the hair is wrapped.

STEP 3 - Peroxide-Free Neutralizer:

Apply to hair to re-harden, stabilize and neutralize the newly formed curls or waves while retaining the natural PH of the hair adding brilliant shine.
